Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website iconiqmaids.com (the "Site") and any cleaning services provided by Iconiq Maids ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our Site or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or services.

Services Description

Iconiq Maids provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the San Jose, California area. Our services include, but are not limited to:

  • Standard house cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Move-in/move-out cleaning
  • Recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
  • Office and commercial cleaning
  • Window and glass cleaning
  • Eco-friendly green cleaning

Specific services, pricing, and terms will be outlined in individual service agreements or quotes provided to you.

Booking and Scheduling

Service Requests

You may request services through our website, phone, or email. All service requests are subject to our availability and confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

Scheduling Changes

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for any scheduling changes. Changes requested with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.

Access to Property

You must ensure that our cleaning team has safe and unobstructed access to your property at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access your property for a scheduled cleaning, you may be charged a lockout fee.

Pricing and Payment

Quotes and Estimates

Quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition, size, and scope of work required. We will communicate any significant pricing changes before proceeding.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Electronic bank transfers
  • Cash (for in-person payments only)
  • Digital payment platforms (Venmo, Zelle, etc.)

Late Payments

Payments not received within 7 days of the invoice date may be subject to late fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 48+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
  • 24-48 hours notice: 25% of scheduled service fee
  • Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of scheduled service fee
  • No-show or day-of cancellation: Full service fee may apply

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via phone or email as soon as possible.

Service Guarantee

We take pride in our work and strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our cleaning service, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address any areas of concern at no additional charge.

Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the scope of work agreed upon in your service agreement. Additional services or tasks not included in the original agreement may incur additional charges.

Insurance and Liability

Our Insurance

Iconiq Maids is fully insured with general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our cleaning professionals are bonded for your protection.

Property Damage

In the unlikely event that damage occurs to your property during our service, please report it to us within 24 hours. We will investigate and, if the damage is determined to be caused by our team, work with our insurance to address the issue fairly.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage or wear
  • Items of extraordinary value not disclosed to us
  • Damage due to defective or fragile items
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Your Responsibilities

To ensure safe and effective service delivery, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and cleaning needs
  • Secure or remove valuable, fragile, or irreplaceable items
  • Ensure pets are secured in a safe area during cleaning
  • Inform us of any hazards, allergies, or special instructions
  • Provide access to running water and electricity
  • Ensure the property is safe for our team to work

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our team and clients is paramount. Our cleaning professionals are trained in safe cleaning practices and use appropriate protective equipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if our team encounters unsafe conditions, including but not limited to: hazardous materials, pest infestations, unsanitary conditions, or threatening behavior.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Iconiq Maids or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Use of Website
